Dream Trip Freebie and Florida Vacation questions

Hi!  We have decided that we want to take a trip to Florida in March and we have been looking at all of the different options ... overwhelming!  Brent suggested I ask all of you since you were so helpful when we were planning our trip to Disney 2 years ago.  You always feel better about booking a place when you know someone has been there.  We want a 2 or 3 bedroom place in a hotel/resort/condo with a full kitchen and lots of stuff for the kids to do.  I have been looking in Orlando and Kissimmee (we will have our own vehicle) for the week of March12-19 (give or take a day before or after).  Someone suggested the Liki Tiki to us and it looks pretty cool.  Anyone been there?  We are hoping to spend less than $1500 for the week.  Any suggestions?  Last time we went we stayed at the Lake Buena Vista Resort and Spa and it was a beautiful place but Brent wants something that has a little bit more than just a pool for the kids.

Thanks for any advice you are able to give me - I trust your judgement!!
