Can I tell you that if I had to marry an inanimate object that it would be my iPad? Loving it! I have started reading my first book on the iPad and I will never go back to a paper book again. I thought I would miss the actual feel of a book in my hand but I was wrong. Two books that I have read lately that I really enjoyed are The Slap and Room. I would love to hear your book suggestions ... hopefully they are available in digital!
If you have missed any of the other Sassy pieces you can pick them up in my store!
Off to get the kids from school!
Download expired but you can still find it in my Digitreats Store

So, if I were to get an iPad would it replace my computer? I mean, I LOVE the idea of it - a new gadget, TOUCH SCREEN, lots of games and apps, it seems fun...but I don't quite understand it. Can you put real programs on it? Can you use a real keyboard with it? Is there a word processor? Can you plug things into it (external hard drive, iPhone charger, stuff like that)? Is it JUST for fun stuff, or does it work like a computer? Is it hard to surf the web because it doesn't have Flash? I can't get the idea out of my head that it's just an overgrown iPhone that doesn't make phone calls, even thought I know there's more to it than that! Does reading a book on it feel like you're reading on a computer screen? Too many questions? :)

So cute! As for book suggestions, sorry I don't have any! I havn't read a "grown up" book since Connor was born. I used to be an avid reader but since he was born I'm so exhausted, I read a page or 2 and am out like a light! Now all I read are The Magic Treehouse and Dinosaur books LOL!

Cute elements.
My fave author is Lynn Kurland. She writes in series, though, so you'll need to start with one of the beginning books. For historical romance, "Another Chance to Dream" (not my fave of hers, though. You could skip to If I Had You). For "out of time" historical romance, start with Dancing Through Time. For Fantasy, start with Star of the Morning. Check out www.LynnKurland.com

Thanks for a great treat today!!!!
I'm reading 2 books now - "The Happiness Project" by Gretchen Rubin and "Walking with God" by John Eldridge
Though I'm reading the "real book" version of both (one was a gift and the other from the library) I think they're both in iBooks!!! I love reading on my iPad :o)
Have you looked at any of the digital scrapbooking apps??? I'm a little skeptical...
Let us know if you find a good one!

Hi Pam! Oh man, I LOVE my Kindle. I don't miss actual paper books either. They are too heavy. LOL A couple books I read lately are Nineteen Minutes by Jodi Picoult (an emotional read through) and The Help.
Cute goodie. I'm off to do some reading b4 bed now myself. :)

An Ipad is like a larger Ipod.At least that is what I am finding out with mine.I love it..cause I can actually SEE the stuff on it.;) I don't like the idea that you can't get flash on it.A lot of the videos that people put on their blogs etc. just won't come up.:( I think I would rather have a small laptop. At least you can dwnld and store things on it.KWIM? It's great for the options that it does have...I would just rather have MORE options.:)
Thanks so much for sharing another COOL part to your COOL kit.:)

Thanks for the lovely papers from yesterday, especially like the one with the various hearts. And great elements today, love the triple clustered frame. Know what you mean about the reading. My kids gave me the Kindle for Chrsitmas and it's really easy to read that way. So far, just go on and get the free books, need to watch it everyday as they don't stay free very long. Bought a few; however, have so much to read, will wait awhile to buy more.

Thanks for the papers from yesterday and today --- have not tried any electronic reading yet, just not sure it would feel the same but everyone I know loves it.
