Jump ABC Kit - Elements XX
(Circle border from Jump Grab Bag)
I had a very productive day today despite not feeling great. I volunteered in Brady's class today for their science unit - which was about dirt. Should've asked before I volunteered I guess! My station was all about touching it and describing it ... and smelling it. Kids are gross lol!
I also reorganized my kitchen cupboards and pantry which were in REALLY bad shape. Very exciting.
Sometimes I just don't get what children are thinking:
Abby (at the dinner table): Mommy, does dinner count?
Me: What do you mean?
Abby: Does dinner COUNT?
Me: What do you mean by count?
Abby (rather annoyed): Does DINNER COUNT?
Me: Yes
and she dropped it. Whatever! I couldn't go around in circles anymore so I just said yes. Hopefully it isn't child speak for "may I have a pony?"
Download expired but you can still find it in my Digitreats Store

Thank you ! Great elements !!!
:D Children are fascinating !!!
Are you feeling better ?
Hugs

Love these frames.....don't you just love days when at the end you feel like you accomplished something?

Hey, these are fun elements, thank you! I'm not surprised you went on a sort of cleaning tear after working on "dirt appreciation" today. That's kind of funny, and okay not missing that phase of life too much, hahaha!!! Maybe by grandchildren I'll be ready again to appreciate "nature"! After all, I distinctly remember playing with worms as a little girl, maybe it runs in cycles. Not planning to revisit the worm thing, though.

I'm still curious... does dinner count for WHAT? LOL
Thanks for the frames.

Ok you are going to have to pursue Abby's question further. I for one really need to know WHAT does dinner count for! LOL
Wonderful elements, thank you.

I've been "Ladybug" my entire life courtesy of my grandmother... get this - my son's been "Monkey" since he was old enough to make noises and climb. How'd you know to do both in the same set?
I swear you have ESP (or VCR or PMS or one of those ;) )I love love love those frames, they remind me of The Jetsons for some reason.

Love the Frames. Kids are so cute. You got to love them. They do ask the silliest questions sometimes. Thanks for sharing and have a great day.

When our 5-year-old asks if something counts, she means "If I eat this, does it count as my healthy food so I can have dessert?" Probably doesn't translate to Abby though. Thanks for the frames. I want to do a recipe still if time allows but you know how that goes!

How often do I say YES! to my kids and i have no idea what I just agreed to. Though I usually stop and say What? Before repeating Yes! LOL I'm Rotflol! You must be an amazingly fun Mom! And the dirt.... LOL again. I bet that alone was fun to watch and hear. Hope your feeling much better and thanks again so much for all the wonderful pieces to the kits. You are Amazing! Have a Beautiful Day!

Thanks for these. Love 'em, as usual LOL ! Bless Abby's heart - she was thinking something deep, I'm sure!
My "Kids Say The Darnedest Things" moment was this weekend when I was telling my TWENTY year old son he HAS to start college in January since he isn't working. He said he wanted a job so he wouldn't still be living at home when he's 21 and still broke. He needs to make money! Then he blurted out: "All I'll get if I go to school is an education!!!!" I couldn't help it - I laughed until I cried. Whose boy IS THIS????
Glad you are feeling good enough to organize the kitchen. Do you hire yourself out for that??? :D Take care & thanks again!

I happen to have the one and only "Kid Translation Dictionary" --- Does dinner count TRULY IS code for "May I have a pony?"
!!!!!!!! If she asks you "Does breakfast count?" She is really asking if you have started building the stable!!!!!!
Thank you again, Sweet Pea!
