Skip ABC Kit - Elements XVI

Here are some photos of Joshie's new room:

Very green!  The pics don't do the colours justice!  I will post some basements shots tomorrow.  I am a little disappointed with how things are turning out down there and I didn't have the energy, heart or time (I was busy painting doors tonight) to take pictures.

On a lighter note (lol!), as soon as I saw KimB's newest commercial grab bag I knew that we just had to have those dresses for our Skip Kit so I bought them today.  Hope you like them!

Can you please leave me your "P" descriptive words for the Skip and Run Papers today?  You are so much better at it then I am!

Skip ABC Kit - The "P" Alpha

I now have enough floral letters to make my name! 

I fell asleep on the couch a few hours ago (which I never do) I guess out of pure exhaustion from the weekend and just now woke up.  Thankfully I only had two more letters to go!  Off to bed again.  I hope you all had a fabulous weekend.  I feel so out of touch with the digiworld having spent the last few days consumed with my basement.  It will be done my the end of this week.

ABC Kits - The "P" Template

Looks like you have left me all kinds of "Outstanding" words for the Jump papers - thank you so much!  Hubby and I have been laying flooring in the basement all day today (shipped Grandma in to watch the wee ones) and let me tell you that my knees are aching!  I think I might be 350 years old not 35!  Apparently I am way out of shape!  I liked it way better when our contract to finish the basement included the flooring lol!  Oh and p.s. we are not very good at it!  You should see the spaces along the walls!  P.P.S.  the spaces are a lot smaller when I measured then when Brent did.  I am nasty!  You know the saying "measure twice, cut once" - well apparently Brent likes to measure 5 times and cut 3 times. Makes for a very long project!  He returns to work on Monday and will be so busy getting caught up that he won't have time to read all the smack I've been talking about him!

Anyway, long story short is that I don't have the Jump "O" Papers done for you but I will be sure to do them tomorrow.  I am giving you the "P" template tonight as I had already finished it and I hate missing a day!

Jump ABC Kit - Elements XV

Thank you for all of the funny (and sometimes scary) stories you left me yesterday!  There were no further injuries today, well, the usual falling off the bike stuff but nothing more serious thank goodness.

For the "O" theme I think I want to go with the more general them of "Outstanding" or "Original".  I am having such a hard time deciding on this one.  I love the Outerspace idea and the Once Upon a Time ideas!  We did "Beach" theme for the B papers, Camping for C and I did "Jobs" for the J (you had suggested Ocean and Occupation and Outdoors)  so I thought there might be too much duplication.

Can you leave me all of your Outstanding/Original words?  Whichever one has the most words we will go with!

Jump ABC Kit - The "O" Alpha

Thank you for your heartfelt comments on my post from yesterday.  I am going to print them out and save them.  Actually, maybe I will scrapbook them!

What do you want to do for the theme for Jump this week.  Every time I go to put together a poll for it all I can think of is octopus.  I don't think that one will work lol! 

Could you please leave me your suggestions for an "O" theme for Jump?  Remember, the theme only has to begin with "O", the words that go on the papers don't have to for Jump.

In the last 24 hours at my house we went to the circus, Brady choked on a candy and I thought he was going to die, Josh stepped on a nail and the blood was everywhere and Josh also stuck his finger in a light socket and got a shock.  Abby spent most of her time just looking cute :)

Run ABC Kit - Elements XV

Have I told you lately that I love you?  Honestly, my original intention when I started my Princess Pamela blog was to show my family and friends my pictures and layouts.  It evolved from there to a designer blog to showcase my kits and offer freebies to generate traffic. I am a numbers person.  But apparently I am not as simple as I thought I knew myself to be.  You have all given me so much.  Your advice, your caring, your gratitude has sometimes overwhelmed me.  When I say overwhelmed me I mean that you have inspired me to become more the person you assume I am.  I am a very confident person, I always have been, I am a first born and I love myself.  I was never the type of person who "needed" validation from others.  I was wrong. You have made me feel normal, loved, talented and appreciated.  Isn't that what we all want?  I hope that you feel the same way.  Your words speak to me that we are all in the same boat and that it is wonderful that we have found a small way (in the online sense) to come together.  We are at different/same stages in life and we all have something to say that can contribute to how the next person may decide to interact differently with someone tomorrow. I didn't anticipate that my life would be impacted by you but it has.  My heart is happy to have you in my life.

Skip ABC Kit - Elements XV

My Dad and Lynne just left and I am exhausted!  Too many late nights in a row and maybe a few too many glasses of wine :)

I have been chatting with Jenny Seiler, the woman who created the beautiful layout that I scraplifted the other day and she is really touched by the reaction to her layout and technique.  She has put up on her blog two templates:  one created from her famous layout and another fab one.  Make sure to check out Jenny's blog!

A few of you have asked for the Newborn/Baby papers that I did for the Jump set in the Skip colours so I have included them in this Skip Elements set and I will do them for Run as well if you want:)
